Best Companies to Work for In Oregon\" by Oregon Business magazine. tbd placed 12th
in the competitive "Small Companies" category; the highest ranking of any small
company that was new to the Best Companies list. tbd was the only Bend-based company
to rank in this category.

tbd employees nominated the firm for the award, participating in a detailed survey
process, which cited a diverse work environment that promotes teamwork and an open
management style that encourages creativity and communication as some of the top
reasons for employee satisfaction.
